Formação: Ensino superior completo ou cursando Administração ou Ciências Contábeis.

Experiência:

• Experiência mínima de 1 ano em rotinas de faturamento;

• Vivência com emissão de notas fiscais e boletos.

Conhecimentos Técnicos:

• Conhecimento em informática básica;

• Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.

Conhecimentos Desejáveis/Diferenciais:

• Noções e entedimento de rotinas fiscais, tributárias e financeiras;

• Familiaridade com o ERP Protheus (TOTVS) ou outros sistemas ERP.

Atividades e responsabilidades

• Emitir notas fiscais de serviços, venda de mercadorias e operações com mercadorias (remessas, devoluções, entre outros);

• Conferir informações fiscais e tributárias, garantindo o correto destaque de tributos incidentes e retidos;

• Gerar boletos via sistema e encaminhá-los para registro bancário;

• Gerir cadastros de produtos, clientes, fornecedores e contratos;

• Atender colaboradores, clientes e fornecedores, prestando suporte e recebendo informações;

• Interagir com as demais áreas da empresa, fornecendo e obtendo informações sobre processos administrativos/financeiros em andamento ou concluídos.

Informações sobre o Contrato de Trabalho

Remuneração: A combinar conforme plano de carreira da empresa.

Carga Horária: 40h semanais - Segunda a Sexta das 08:00 às 12:00 e das 14:00 às 18:00.

Benefícios:

Vale Alimentação: R$ 620,00;

Plano de Saúde / Odontológico Nacional (50%, sem coparticipação);
