Formação:Bacharel em Direito - OAB ativa não obrigatória.

Experiência:

• Atuação em rotinas relacionadas ao departamento jurídico e contratos, preferencialmente em ambiente corporativo;

• Uso de plataformas de assinatura digital e gestão documental (como DocuSign, Clicksign, Adobe Sign ou similares).

Conhecimentos Técnicos Obrigatórios:

• Noções de direito civil, administrativo e empresarial.

Conhecimentos Desejáveis/Diferenciais

• Excel avançado (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas, validação de dados).

Atividades e responsabilidades

• Conduzir o ciclo de contratos, desde a solicitação e elaboração/análise da minuta até a formalização e assinatura, observando os fluxos, padrões internos e requisitos legais aplicáveis.

• Elaborar, analisar e revisar contratos, termos aditivos, distratos, notificações, pareceres e demais instrumentos jurídicos e contratuais, identificando riscos e propondo ajustes quando necessários.

• Prestar suporte jurídico e contratual às áreas internas, realizando pesquisas, análises e orientações relacionadas às atividades e operações da empresa, sob a supervisão e validação do líder imediato.

• Acompanhar prazos, vigências, renovações, reajustes, obrigações e demais eventos relacionados aos processos de Jurídico e Contratos, mantendo os respectivos controles atualizados.

• Acompanhar processos administrativos que lhe forem repassadas, realizando o controle de prazos, documentos e informações.

• Manter atualizados os sistemas, controles, registros e arquivos jurídicos e contratuais, assegurando a adequada organização e rastreabilidade das informações.

• Elaborar e atualizar modelos de documentos, contratos, políticas, procedimentos, fluxos e demais instrumentos internos, conforme direcionamento do líder imediato.

• Apoiar demandas jurídicas relacionadas a temas societários, regulatórios, licitatórios e de compliance, quando aplicável, sob a supervisão e validação do líder imediato.

• Identificar e reportar ao superior imediato situações que representem riscos relevantes.

• Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e controles da área de Jurídico e de Contratos.

• Executar outras atividades correlatas ao seu papel, a critério do seu superior imediato.

Informações sobre o Contrato

Salário: a combinar

Carga Horária: 40h semanais: Segunda a Sexta das 08:00 às 12:00 e das 14:00 às 18:00.

Benefícios:

Vale Alimentação: R$ 620,00

Plano de Saúde / Odontológico Nacional (50%, sem coparticipação)
