Formação

Graduação completa em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia de Software, ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência

• Experiência em atuação com PMO e governança de projetos de Tecnologia da Informação.

• Experiência na elaboração e acompanhamento de indicadores gerenciais, relatórios executivos e dashboards.

• Experiência no acompanhamento de esforço, produtividade, capacidade da equipe e aceite das entregas.

• Vivência na condução de reuniões de status e alinhamentos com clientes, áreas de negócio e equipes técnicas.

• Vivência na condução de reuniões de acompanhamento e alinhamento.

• Experiência na interação com stakeholders, áreas de negócio e equipes técnicas.

Conhecimentos técnicos:

• Conhecimento e experiência em práticas de PMO e governança de projetos.

• Conhecimento em elaboração e acompanhamento de indicadores gerenciais e dashboards.

• Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos, preferencialmente Jira e/ou Microsoft Project.

• Conhecimento em gestão de capacidade, esforço e produtividade de equipes.

• Certificação PMP ou equivalente será considerada desejável.

• Experiência na elaboração, acompanhamento e atualização de cronogramas.

• Conhecimento em gestão de escopo, prazos, riscos, dependências e entregas.

• Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban.

Atribuições e Responsabilidades

• Elaborar e manter o Termo de Abertura e o Plano do Projeto.

• Elaborar, acompanhar e atualizar o cronograma do projeto.

• Planejar e acompanhar as atividades previstas para execução.

• Monitorar prazos, entregas, dependências, riscos e impedimentos.

• Acompanhar a evolução do projeto e identificar possíveis desvios em relação ao planejamento.

• Elaborar e acompanhar planos de ação e indicadores dos projetos.

• Gerenciar riscos, impedimentos, prioridades e capacidade da equipe.

• Consolidar relatórios executivos e dashboards de acompanhamento.

• Conduzir reuniões de status e alinhamentos com clientes, áreas de negócio e equipes internas da empresa.

• Monitorar esforço, produtividade, entregas e aceite dos projetos.

• Atuar na governança dos projetos, acompanhando escopo, prazos e cumprimento das entregas.

Informações sobre o Contrato de Trabalho

Remuneração: A combinar

Carga Horária: 40h semanais - Segunda a Sexta - das 08:00 às 12:00 e das 14:00 às 18:00.

Benefícios:

Vale Alimentação: R$ 620,00;

Plano de Saúde / Odontológico Nacional (50%, sem coparticipação);

Modelo de atuação: híbrido, sendo presencial 2x por semana no centro de SP.
