Formação/Escolaridade: Estar cursando ou ter finalizado Ensino Superior em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins.

Experiência Obrigatória

• Atuação em Desenvolvimento Humano Organizacional (DHO);

• Vivência prática na execução e consolidação de ciclos completos de Avaliação de Desempenho;

• Aplicação de Pesquisas de Clima Organizacional e construção de planos de ação baseados em dados;

• Experiência em estruturação, condução e acompanhamento de programas de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento;

• Prática na compilação de indicadores da área;

Conhecimentos Técnicos

• Domínio em Excel Intermediário;

• Treinamento e Desenvolvimento (T&D);

• Avaliação de Desempenho;

• Cargos, Carreiras e Remuneração.

Atribuições e Responsabilidades a serem desempenhadas

• Executar o ciclo de Avaliação de Desempenho e Plano de Carreira, desde a revisão, parametrização até a consolidação de resultados;

• Apoiar as lideranças e colaboradores na construção e acompanhamento de Planos de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI);

• Facilitar o desdobramento de metas e ações decorrentes das avaliações de desempenho;

• Apoiar e executar projetos e ações de desenvolvimento de pessoas encabeçado pelas diretorias das empresas do grupo;

• Realizar pesquisas salariais, conforme solicitação da área demandante;

• Desenvolver e apoiar ações de treinamento e iniciativas voltadas para o desenvolvimento de lideranças;

• Executar o processo de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento da área, bem como acompanhar o cronograma de certificações e treinamentos técnicos/obrigatórios dos times;

• Acompanhar os cronogramas e registros de feedback da liderança junto aos times;

• Executar o processo de Pesquisa de Clima Organizacional, transformando os dados e propondo planos de ação para melhoria do ambiente;

• Aplicar e tabular pesquisas realizadas pela área, analisar e acompanhar indicadores de Pessoas;

• Estruturar relatórios e apresentações para a diretoria;

• Acompanhar o planejamento das ações de Endomarketing em parceria com a área de Marketing;

• Manter-se atualizado sobre tendências e melhores práticas em desenvolvimento humano e organizacional, buscando inovação e excelência nas atividades desenvolvidas.

Informações sobre o Contrato de Trabalho

Remuneração: A combinar conforme plano de carreira da empresa.

Carga Horária: 40h semanais - Segunda a Sexta das 08:00 às 12:00 e das 14:00 às 18:00.

Benefícios:

Vale Alimentação: R$ 620,00;
