Formação: Graduação completa na área de Tecnologia da Informação ou graduação completa em qualquer área acompanhada de pós-graduação, mestrado ou doutorado em Tecnologia da Informação.

Experiência Profissional

Experiência mínima de 5 anos em análise de requisitos de software, incluindo levantamento e documentação de necessidades, modelagem de processos e domínio, elaboração de histórias de usuário e critérios de aceitação, refinamento de backlog e acompanhamento das entregas junto às equipes de desenvolvimento e ao cliente.

Conhecimentos técnicos

Domínio de técnicas de levantamento e análise de requisitos; elaboração de histórias de usuário, casos de uso e critérios de aceitação; modelagem de processos e domínio; gestão e refinamento de backlog; métodos ágeis, especialmente Scrum e Kanban; comunicação com usuários, equipe técnica e representantes do cliente; produção e manutenção de documentação funcional.

Conhecimentos Desejáveis/Diferenciais

Experiência em projetos para órgãos públicos; atuação em sistemas corporativos; conhecimento de métricas e estimativas de software.

Softskills:

Comunicação clara e objetiva;

Atribuições e Responsabilidades

Levantar, analisar, especificar, documentar e validar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais; compreender e modelar processos de negócio; elaborar histórias de usuário, casos de uso, critérios de aceitação e modelos de domínio; manter a documentação e a rastreabilidade dos requisitos; e esclarecer dúvidas funcionais durante o desenvolvimento.

Remuneração: A combinar

Carga Horária: 40h semanais - Segunda a Sexta - das 08:00 às 12:00 e das 14:00 às 18:00.
