Job Description:

The Implementations Specialist serves as the primary bank-facing owner for assigned functional implementation workstreams, providing continuity across CIF, FMS, TFR, third-party integrations, and NuPoint Security. The role coordinates specialists, bank decisions, dependencies, readiness, and communication throughout the implementation.

The Implementations Specialist confirms scope, guides the bank through the conversion approach and responsibilities, drives readiness for training, testing, conversion, and operational transition, and coordinates completion and handoff activities through post-conversion stabilization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confirm project scope, introduce the specialist team, and explain the conversion approach, timeline, bank responsibilities, and key dependencies.
  • Use the Conversion Questionnaire and other project artifacts to identify requirements, decisions, dependencies, and bank-specific considerations for specialist follow-up.
  • Maintain the functional delivery plan, including milestones, decisions, dependencies, risks, owners, and unresolved issues.
  • Lead or coordinate recurring status discussions and translate specialist updates into clear decisions, responsibilities, and next steps for the bank.
  • Drive bank readiness for training, testing, conversion, and operational transition to NuPoint in coordination with specialists and other implementation resources.
  • Coordinate go-live coverage, transition support, exception handling, and escalation through the Project Manager and appropriate internal teams.
  • Confirm completion of assigned functional responsibilities, track remaining post-conversion items, and support the handoff to Customer Experience.

PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING

  • The bank has one accountable, bank-facing owner and understands specialist roles, responsibilities, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Decisions, risks, issues, ownership, and readiness are visible and addressed early enough to protect the conversion timeline.
  • Training, testing, conversion, go-live support, and operational transition activities are coordinated through stabilization.
  • Assigned functional workstreams are completed accurately, unresolved post-conversion items are tracked, and the customer is successfully handed off to Customer Experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
