Für unsere Hauptniederlassung in Darmstadt suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die unsere zentrale PMO-Funktion eigenständig entwickelt, gestaltet und weiterführt. Sie schaffen die unternehmensweite Schaltzentrale für Projektmanagement, Prozessqualität und Steuerungsdaten. Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen setzen Sie einen verbindlichen Rahmen, der unsere Standorte in ihrer täglichen Projektarbeit wirksam unterstützt und CSZ nachhaltig weiterentwickelt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie entwickeln und verantworten die PMO-Architektur, Projektgovernance sowie die gruppenweiten Standards und Steuerungslogiken.
  • Sie priorisieren und steuern die Weiterentwicklung von SOPs rund um Projektanlage, Dokumentation, Status- und Buchungslogiken und sichern deren verbindliche Umsetzung an den Standorten.
  • Sie etablieren ein wirksames Projekt- und Prozesscontrolling, schaffen Transparenz über Datenqualität und Projektfortschritt und leiten bei Abweichungen geeignete Maßnahmen ein.
  • Sie entwickeln die Schnittstellen von Projektmanagement, Zeiterfassung, Controlling und Fakturierung zu einer belastbaren Steuerungsgrundlage weiter.
  • Sie beraten Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche bei der Priorisierung relevanter PMO- und Prozessinitiativen und moderieren bereichsübergreifende Entscheidungen.
  • Sie konzipieren und steuern Schulungs- und Befähigungsmaßnahmen und schaffen die Grundlagen für die Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements bis hin zu einer möglichen ISO-Zertifizierung.

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer seniorigen PMO-, Portfolio-, Programm-, Projektsteuerungs-, Governance- oder vergleichbaren Leitungsfunktion.
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im eigenständigen Aufbau, in der Einführung oder in der Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement- und Governance-Strukturen in komplexen Organisationen.
  • Strategische und analytische Stärke sowie die Fähigkeit, klare Entscheidungen vorzubereiten, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen und Umsetzung verbindlich nachzuhalten.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke im Umgang mit Geschäftsführung, Projektleitungen, Controlling und weiteren Fachbereichen.
  • Erfahrung in technisch, bau- oder ingenieurbezogen geprägten Projektorganisationen ist von Vorteil; Kenntnisse in Zeit-/Projektmanagement- oder ERP-nahen Systemen und im Qualitätsmanagement sind willkommen.
