Für unsere Niederlassung in Berlin suchen wir einen engagierten Planer Gebäudeautomation (m/w/d) für die technische Ausrüstung. Gestalten Sie anspruchsvolle Bauvorhaben von Anfang an mit, begleiten Sie internationale Projekte und arbeiten Sie eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Projektierung von Anlagen der Gebäudeautomation für Neubau- und Bestandsprojekte
  • Erstellung von Automationskonzepten für HLK-Anlagen (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Kälte)
  • Auslegung und Spezifikation von Feldgeräten (Sensoren, Aktoren, DDC-Controller)
  • Erstellung von Funktionsbeschreibungen, Regelstrategien und GA-Schemata
  • Bearbeitung der Leistungsphasen 1–9 gemäß HOAI mit Schwerpunkt LPH 2–7
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen (Leistungsverzeichnisse)
  • Mitwirkung bei Vergabeprozessen und fachliche Bewertung von Angeboten
  • Koordination mit anderen Gewerken (HLS, Elektro, IT) sowie externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Überwachung der Ausführung und Begleitung der Inbetriebnahme von GA-Systemen
  • Durchführung von Abnahmen und Funktionsprüfungen
  • Optimierung bestehender Anlagen im Hinblick auf Energieeffizienz und Betriebssicherheit
  • Dokumentation und Übergabe an den Betreiber

Ihr Profil

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (mindestens Bachelor, Dipl.-Ing. oder Master) im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 5–10 Jahre) in der Planung oder Ausführung von Gebäudeautomationssystemen
  • Fundierte Projekterfahrung in Deutschland sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen, Richtlinien und Abläufe
  • Analytisches und gewerkeübergreifendes Denken sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
