Für unsere Niederlassung in Berlin suchen wir einen engagierten Projektleiter (m/w/d) für die technische Ausrüstung im Bereich Elektrotechnik. Gestalten Sie anspruchsvolle Bauvorhaben von Anfang an mit, begleiten Sie internationale Projekte und arbeiten Sie eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachtechnische Beratung, Planung und Bauüberwachung von elektrotechnischen Anlagen der technischen Ausrüstung (ELT)
  • Erstellung von Planungs- und Projektunterlagen gemäß HOAI Leistungsbildern 1–9
  • Verantwortung für die Projektkoordination im Bereich Elektrotechnik (u. a. Energieversorgung, Niederspannung, Sicherheits- und Kommunikationstechnik)
  • Überwachung der Bauausführung, Qualitätskontrollen sowie Durchführung von Prüfungen, Inspektionen VOB-Abnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Projektteams, externen Fachplanern und Auftraggebern
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Elektrotechnik / Gebäude- oder Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (> 5 Jahre) im Bereich der elektrotechnischen Gebäudeausrüstung (ELT) wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen, Vorschriften und Richtlinien in der Elektrotechnik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in AutoCAD, Revit oder BIM-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
  • Teamorientierte, präzise und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
