Für unsere Hauptniederlassung in Darmstadt suchen wir eine strukturierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere Projekt- und Prozessstandards weiterentwickelt und ihre Anwendung im Arbeitsalltag unterstützt. Sie arbeiten an der Schnittstelle von Projektteams, Administration und Fachbereichen.

Gemeinsam schaffen wir klare Abläufe, verlässliche Dokumentation und eine gute Datenbasis für unsere tägliche Projektarbeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie entwickeln bestehende Standards und Vorlagen rund um Projektanlage, Dokumentation, Statuspflege und Ablagestrukturen weiter.
  • Sie unterstützen Projektverantwortliche und Fachbereiche bei der praktischen Anwendung einheitlicher Prozesse und halten Verbesserungspotenziale nachvollziehbar fest.
  • Sie tragen dazu bei, dass Projekt-, Zeit- und Abrechnungsdaten vollständig und plausibel vorliegen, und stimmen Auffälligkeiten mit den zuständigen Stellen ab.
  • Sie bereiten Auswertungen, Übersichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für laufende Verbesserungsinitiativen vor.
  • Sie koordinieren die Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen mit den relevanten Ansprechpartnerinnen und Ansprechpartnern und begleiten die Einführung pragmatischer Lösungen.
  • Sie unterstützen bei Schulungen, kurzen Anleitungen und der Wissensweitergabe zu neuen oder angepassten Standards.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, PMO, Prozessmanagement, Projektcontrolling oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, verstehen komplexe Abläufe schnell und haben Freude daran, Prozesse praxistauglich zu verbessern.
  • Sie bringen ein gutes Verständnis für Dokumentation, Datenqualität und die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Schnittstellen mit.
  • Sie kommunizieren klar und verbindlich und können Kolleginnen und Kollegen für nachvollziehbare Arbeitsweisen gewinnen.
  • Erfahrung in einem technisch, bau- oder ingenieurbezogen geprägten Umfeld ist von Vorteil; Kenntnisse in Zeit-, Projektmanagement- oder ERP-nahen Systemen sind willkommen.
