CSZ Ingenieurconsult bearbeitet anspruchsvolle Projekte im Brücken- und Ingenieurbau. Für den Ausbau des Bereichs Infrastruktur wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit gesucht, die Brücken- und Ingenieurbauprojekte von der Planung über Ausschreibung und Vergabe bis zur Realisierung verantwortungsvoll steuert.

Wir suchen für unsere Standorte Darmstadt, Münster oder Hamburg.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination von Brücken- und Ingenieurbauprojekten.
  • Steuerung der technischen Planung, Fachkoordination und Qualitätssicherung.
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Ausschreibungen und Vergaben.
  • Steuerung von Terminen, Kosten, Risiken, Nachträgen und Planständen.
  • Koordination der Realisierung, Abnahmen und Projektdokumentation.
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Behörden, Prüfingenieur:innen, Planungsbüros und ausführenden Unternehmen.
  • Projektorganisation mit klaren Verantwortlichkeiten, Termin- und Entscheidungswegen sowie nachvollziehbarer Plan-, Kosten- und Risikodokumentation aufsetzen und steuern.
  • Jüngere Kolleg:innen fachlich unterstützen und in der Projektarbeit begleiten.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder eine fachlich gleichwertige Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im konstruktiven Ingenieurbau.
  • Nachweisbare Praxis in den Projektphasen Planung, Ausschreibung/Vergabe und Realisierung von Brücken- oder Ingenieurbauprojekten.
  • Kenntnisse in VOB, HOAI und den projektrelevanten technischen Regelwerken.
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und verhandlungssichere Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Terminen in Darmstadt, Münster, Hamburg und weiteren Einsatzregionen nach Abstimmung.
