CSZ Ingenieurconsult ist Teil der CSZ-Unternehmensgruppe, einer inhabergeführten Gruppe unabhängiger Planungs- und Beratungsunternehmen für das Bauwesen. Seit 1983 planen und begleiten wir im Bereich Infrastruktur Ingenieurbauwerke von der Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung über Ausschreibung und Vergabe bis zur Bauüberwachung, Bauwerksprüfung und Instandsetzung. Dabei entwickeln wir fachübergreifend funktionale, sichere, dauerhafte und wirtschaftliche Lösungen.

Für den Bereich Infrastruktur in Darmstadt wird eine Person für örtliche Bauüberwachung, Bauwerksprüfung und Erhaltungsmaßnahmen gesucht. Die Rolle verbindet technische Aufgaben direkt am Bauwerk mit einem klaren Entwicklungspfad in Richtung Prüf- und Projektverantwortung

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Örtliche Bauüberwachung von Brücken- und Ingenieurbaumaßnahmen mit Blick auf Qualität, Termine, Kosten, Arbeitssicherheit und Vertragsanforderungen.
  • Bauwerksprüfungen und Erhaltungsmaßnahmen direkt am Bauwerk begleiten: von Zustandserfassung und Schadensdokumentation über die Bewertung von Handlungsbedarf bis zur Mitwirkung bei Instandsetzungs- und Unterhaltungsmaßnahmen.
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Dokumentation und Auswertung von Bauwerksprüfungen nach DIN 1076, soweit qualifiziert und beauftragt.
  • Prüfberichte, Fotodokumentation sowie digitale Bauwerks- und Projektdaten erstellen und pflegen.
  • Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden, Prüfstellen, Planungsbeteiligten und ausführenden Firmen.
  • Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Abrechnung, Nachtragsprüfung, Mängelverfolgung und Erhaltungsmaßnahmen.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens, staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in oder eine vergleichbare fachliche Qualifikation.
  • Willkommen sind auch Berufseinsteiger:innen mit Interesse an Bauüberwachung und Bauwerksprüfung.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im konstruktiven Ingenieurbau, in Bauüberwachung oder Bauleitung ist wünschenswert.
  • Interesse an beziehungsweise Kenntnisse der DIN 1076 und angrenzender Regelwerke; ein VFIB-Zertifikat ist willkommen, aber keine pauschale Voraussetzung.
  • Sicheres technisches Deutsch, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Bereitschaft zu Außeneinsätzen sowie Führerschein Klasse B.
