⚡¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Asistencia técnica presencial al personal interno del cliente en nodos.
  • Instalación y mantenimiento de aplicaciones institucionales y programas comerciales en entornos MAC/WINDOWS.
  • Configuración, mantenimiento y movimientos de hardware: PC, notebooks, impresoras, equipos de red, servidores y periféricos.
  • Integración de equipos al dominio, instalación de imágenes oficiales y verificación de inventario con las herramientas del cliente.
  • Colocación de lingas de seguridad y control del orden de los puestos de trabajo.
  • Configuración de red (cableada/inalámbrica) y recursos compartidos (carpetas, impresoras).
  • Soporte a usuarios VIP mediante celular de guardia y gestión de tickets con estándar de calidad.
  • Documentación de errores y elaboración de manuales y guías técnicas.
  • Relevamientos e inventarios de hardware y software.
  • Velar por la actualización de antivirus, seguridad y buenas prácticas de uso de los equipos.
  • Identificación de mejoras o riesgos en los sitios visitados y colaboración como manos remotas de otros equipos internos.
  • Cumplimiento estricto de SLA, códigos de vestimenta y lineamientos de servicio.

Lo que valoramos:

  • Conocimiento sólido de entornos MAC/WINDOWS y herramientas de soporte.
  • Experiencia en atención presencial a usuarios y resolución de incidencias.
  • Capacidad para documentar, priorizar y autogestionar tickets.
  • Actitud de servicio, ética profesional y habilidades de comunicación.
