The posting

Als accountant A-Z ben je verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding en financiële opvolging van één of meerdere vennootschappen binnen de groep. Je waakt over de nauwkeurigheid van de cijfers, bewaakt deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat de financiële administratie correct en volledig wordt verwerkt.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je beheert de volledige boekhouding van één of meerdere vennootschappen.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert boekingen binnen accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) en general ledger (GL).
  • Je volgt openstaande posten op, analyseert afwijkingen en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling.
  • Je bereidt betalingen van facturen voor en volgt de cashstromen en liquiditeit mee op.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op tijdens de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en levert de nodige afsluitdocumenten tijdig aan.
  • Je boekt accruals, provisies en cut-off entries en maakt balansreconciliaties op.
  • Je verzorgt de btw-aangiftes en andere fiscale verplichtingen en bereidt de aangiftes in de vennootschapsbelasting voor.
  • Je werkt mee aan de opmaak van de jaarrekeningen en ondersteunt bij controles door externe auditors.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor boekhoudkundige en financiële vragen binnen jouw toegewezen vennootschappen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie en digitalisering van financiële processen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren accountant die graag zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en een correcte financiële opvolging belangrijk vindt.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy, finance of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen boekhouding en bent klaar om de verantwoordelijkheid over één of meerdere vennootschappen op te nemen.
  • Ervaring binnen een omgeving met meerdere vennootschappen is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Belgian GAAP en beschikt over een sterk financieel inzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd en bewaakt de kwaliteit en volledigheid van je administratie.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en weet financiële afwijkingen te detecteren en gericht op te lossen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar stemt vlot af met collega's en andere betrokkenen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je gaat discreet en integer om met vertrouwelijke financiële informatie.
  • Je hebt een goede digitale kennis, waaronder Office 365, en staat open voor verdere digitalisering en automatisatie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en kunt je behelpen in het Frans.
