The posting

Als Accountant A-Z ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhoudkundige opvolging van de onderneming. Je waakt over een correcte verwerking van de financiële gegevens en ondersteunt de periodieke afsluitingen en rapporteringen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je beheert de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z.
  • Je volgt bestelbonnen en aankoopfacturen op en staat in voor de verwerking van rekeninguittreksels.
  • Je verzorgt diverse boekhoudkundige verrichtingen en bewaakt een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de financiële gegevens.
  • Je ondersteunt de maand- en jaarafsluiting en draagt bij aan een betrouwbare financiële rapportering.
  • Je staat in voor de fiscale en wettelijke verplichtingen, waaronder btw-aangiftes, intracommunautaire aangiftes en klantenlisting.
  • Je verleent ondersteuning tijdens audits en behandelt ad-hocvragen rond financiële analyses en rapporteringen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie en efficiëntie van de bestaande financiële processen.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Financial Manager en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin zelfstandigheid, nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een accountant die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat en graag eigenaarschap neemt over de eigen dossiers.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Finance, Accountancy of een gelijkwaardige opleiding door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige boekhoudkundige functie, waarbij je de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z beheerde.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van algemene boekhouding en fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent zeer sterk in Microsoft Excel.
  • Kennis van MS Dynamics vormt een mooie troef.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van je werk.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een team en communiceert vlot met verschillende interne stakeholders.
