Deine Aufgaben als Bauleiter (m/w/d):

Als Bauleiter übernimmst du die komplette Projektsteuerung und -koordination unserer GFK-Projekte vom Standort Geesthacht aus. Du leitest sämtliche Projekte eigenverantwortlich und stellst sicher, dass technische, kaufmännische, rechtliche und terminliche Vorgaben eingehalten werden. Mit präzisen Termin- und Bauplänen sowie einer sorgfältigen Kostenkalkulation sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf. Durch ein gezieltes Nachtragsmanagement steigerst du die Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit unserer Projekte. Zudem planst und koordinierst du den Personaleinsatz, besuchst regelmäßig die Baustellen und hast stets ein offenes Ohr für dein Team.

Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung unserer GFK-Projekte
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Termin-, Bau- und Montageplänen
  • Technische und wirtschaftliche Projektverantwortung inkl. Kostenkalkulation
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vertragsinhalten und rechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Nachtragsmanagement zur Optimierung der Projektwirtschaftlichkeit
  • Personaleinsatzplanung und Führung der Montageteams
  • Regelmäßige Baustellenbesuche und enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Projektbeteiligten
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Behörden und interne Abteilungen

Das bist Du:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projekt- oder Bauleitung, idealerweise im GFK- oder Metallbau
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Koordinationstalent
  • Verbindliches Auftreten, Entscheidungsfreude und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise auch mit Projektmanagement-Software
  • Führerschein Klasse B
