Deine Aufgaben als Werkstattleiter (m/w/d):

Du möchtest Abläufe nicht nur begleiten, sondern aktiv gestalten? In dieser Rolle steuerst Du unsere Säge- und Fertigungsprozesse und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte strukturiert, effizient und termingerecht umgesetzt werden. Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Produktionsplanung & -steuerung: Du bringst Struktur in Säge, Fertigung und Projekte und behältst Termine sowie Kapazitäten im Blick
  • Führung im Tagesgeschäft: Du teilst die Mitarbeiter aus den Bereichen Säge, Fertigung und Lager sinnvoll ein, führst Mitarbeitergespräche und sorgst für klare Abläufe
  • Angebots- & Projektarbeit: Du bewertest Machbarkeit, schätzt Fertigungszeiten realistisch ein und begleitest die Projektübergaben mit den relevanten Abteilungen
  • Material & Zuschnitt: Du klärst die Verfügbarkeiten unseres Materials mit dem Einkauf, optimierst Zuschnitte und kümmerst Dich zusätzlich um das Werkzeugmanagement
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung: Du achtest auf unsere Maschinen, Anlagen und die Gebäude sowie das Unternehmensgelände.

Das bist Du:

  • Erfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Produktionsplanung: Du kennst Abläufe, Denkweisen und typische Herausforderungen in Deinem Fachgebiet
  • Technische Kenntnisse und Verständnis: Du arbeitest strukturiert mit Zahlen und Daten – sichere Microsoft-365- und ERP-Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus. Du kannst 3D-Zeichnungen und technische Unterlagen lesen und denkst lösungsorientiert
  • Mitarbeiterführung: Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern und scheust Dich nicht mehrere kleinere Teams zu führen
  • Praxisnaher Hintergrund: Erfahrung aus Handwerk oder Fertigung (z.B. als Tischler, Zimmermann) und im Bereich der Arbeitssicherheit runden Dein Profil ab
  • Persönlich überzeugend: Du kommunizierst klar, übernimmst Verantwortung und arbeitest gern mit Menschen.
