Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und korrespondierst mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Du wirkst an übergeordneten Initiativen der Geschäftsführung mit und arbeitest inhaltlich mit auch in Form von eigenen Projekten
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen, bereitest Meetings vor und nach und führst Protokoll
  • Du koordinierst und organisierst die Termine der Geschäftsleitung
  • Du organisierst Reisen der Geschäftsführung und übernimmst die Reisekostenabrechnung
  • Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung organisatorisch bei Privatangelegenheiten

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung
  • Du trittst intern wie extern diskret, loyal und verbindlich auf
  • Mit sensiblen Informationen und Dokumenten gehst Du jederzeit absolut vertraulich um
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell mit unseren Fachbereichen und Kunden
  • Du verfügst über gute bis fließende Englischkenntnisse
