Poste et missions :

Au sein de notre laboratoire, nous recherchons :

PÂTISSIER TRAITEUR - H/F

Rattaché(e) au Chef Pâtissier, vos principales fonctions et responsabilités sont :

  • Seconder notre chef pâtissier et manager ;
  • Gérer l'encadrement et la planification du personnel ;
  • Maitriser les différentes techniques de pâtisserie (mousse, crème, chocolat, pâte, cuisson etc…) ;
  • Préparer et confectionner les produits de notre carte cocktail, plateaux repas, entremet, dessert à l’assiette dans le respect des fiches techniques ;
  • Respecter et faire respecter les règles HACCP ;
  • Assurer la propreté du matériel et des locaux ;
  • Suivre l'état des stocks, DLC et identifier les besoins en approvisionnement.

Cette annonce comprend les tâches principales mais n'est pas limitative.

Profil :

  • Formation en pâtisserie complétée d'une expérience significative en traiteur (2 à 3 ans minimum) et/ou restauration événementielle/gastronomique ;
  • Une expérience sur un poste similaire est souhaitée.

Compétences et qualités requises :

  • Dynamique, efficace, organisé et rigoureux ;
  • Autonome, esprit d’équipe, hygiène irréprochable et polyvalent ;
  • Passionné et ouvert sur la gastronomie ;
  • Connaissance du secteur d’activité de la restauration ou de l’événementiel.

Informations contractuelles :

  • CDI ;
  • Rémunération : selon profil et expérience ;
  • Lieu de travail : 5-7 Rue Pierre-Paul de Riquet, 33610 Canéjan ;
  • Horaires : 5h-14h, déplacements à prévoir sur les sites d’événements ;
  • Indemnité repas selon convention CCN HCR.
