Missions :

Nous recherchons pour notre service commercial pour la marque Pôle Zeste Traiteur :

ASSISTANT CHEF DE PROJET (H/F) en stage

En lien avec des activités commerciales dynamiques en plein développement !

A partir de janvier 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice clientèle, vos principales missions sont :

ð COMMERCIAL

- Saisir les dossiers clients, établir des devis commerciaux ;

- Suivi et saisie des commandes internes ;

- Suivi administratif des dossiers commerciaux.

ð TECHNICITE

- Planifier l'événement et son déroulement ;

- Élaborer la commande client - saisie et transmission selon les timings à respecter (production, conditionnement et livraison) ;

- Passage des commandes alimentaire, matériel.

ð ADMINISTRATIF

- Valider la facturation et suivre le bon règlement ;

- Assurer la facturation des dossiers dans le respect des marges opérationnelles ;

- Appliquer les process internes (utilisation ERP, engagement RSE, calendriers de commandes internes, facturation, relance impayé, …) ;

- Réaliser des missions de secrétariat.

Profil :

Compétences et qualités requises :

  • Diplômé d’un Bac+3 à bac+5, en Hôtellerie – Restauration, commerce ou communication ;
  • Très bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel, Outlook et Internet) ;
  • Aisance relationnelle écrite et orale pour échanger avec les clients par mail et téléphone ;
  • Dynamisme, rigueur, méthodologie, autonomie ;
  • Curiosité, Bonne humeur et travail en équipe sont les pré requis de Zeste ;
  • En bonus : Intérêt pour la gastronomie +++.

Autres éléments :

  • Stage : 35h ;
  • Dates : A partir de janvier 2027 ;
  • Lieu de la mission : 3 Rue Boulevard Romain Rolland - 75014 PARIS ;
  • Rémunération : montant légal + indemnité nourriture selon convention CCN HCR. + 50% du titre de transport ;
