  • Sadarboties ar uzņēmuma struktūrvienībām, lai apzinātu mākslīgā intelekta un automatizācijas izmantošanas iespējas un pārvērstu tās konkrētās iniciatīvās ar skaidri izmērāmu ieguvumu uzņēmumam
  • Analizēt un pilnveidot biznesa procesus no sākuma līdz beigām, novēršot liekas vai neefektīvas darbības un izvērtējot automatizācijas iespējas pirms mākslīgā intelekta vai automatizācijas risinājumu ieviešanas
  • Pārvērst biznesa vajadzības skaidrās funkcionālajās prasībās un sadarboties ar tehniskajām komandām risinājumu izstrādē un ieviešanā
  • Izstrādāt biznesa pamatojumu, noteikt galvenos darbības rādītājus (KPI) un sasniedzamos rezultātus, kā arī palīdzēt noteikt iniciatīvu prioritātes, ņemot vērā to ieguvumu uzņēmumam, īstenošanas iespējas un atbilstību stratēģiskajiem mērķiem
  • Vadīt darba sesijas ar uzņēmuma struktūrvienību pārstāvjiem un palīdzēt komandām attīstīt idejas un virzīt tās līdz praktiskai ieviešanai
  • Veicināt mākslīgā intelekta un automatizācijas risinājumu izmantošanu uzņēmumā, sniedzot konsultācijas un atbalstu pārmaiņu ieviešanā, kā arī veidojot un attīstot mākslīgā intelekta vēstnešu (AI Champions) tīklu
  • Augstāko izglītību biznesa vadībā, IT vadībā vai citā saistītā jomā
  • Vismaz 5 gadu pieredzi biznesa procesu pilnveidošanā, uzņēmuma attīstības un pārmaiņu projektos, konsultāciju jomā vai līdzīgā vidē
  • Padziļinātu izpratni par biznesa procesiem un spēju sistemātiski apzināt un īstenot to uzlabošanas iespējas
  • Praktisku pieredzi darbnīcu un diskusiju vadīšanā, sadarbojoties ar dažādām uzņēmuma struktūrvienībām un atbalstot uzņēmumu pārmaiņu ieviešanā
  • Izpratni par mākslīgā intelekta un automatizācijas iespējām, kā arī Microsoft tehnoloģijām, piemēram, Power Platform, Copilot un klientu apkalpošanas un klientu attiecību pārvaldības risinājumiem
  • Spēju sagatavot biznesa pamatojumu un izvērtēt procesu uzlabojumu un automatizācijas sniegtos ieguvumus uzņēmumam
  • Analītisku un uz risinājumiem vērstu domāšanu, labu izpratni par biznesa procesiem un interesi par biznesa vajadzību sasaisti ar tehnoloģiju sniegtajām iespējām
