Loģistikas speciālists-e / plānotāja Skandināvijas virzienā darba uzdevumi:

· Klientu loka uzturēšana un paplašināšana: Aktīvs darbs ar esošajiem klientiem un jaunu sadarbības partneru piesaiste.

· Darbs platformās: Ikdienas darbības ar kravu un transporta biržām.

· Pārvadājumu vadība: Starptautisko kravu pārvadājumu organizēšana un pilna procesa uzraudzība.

  • Pieredze klientu apkalpošanā: Teicama prasme komunicēt un veidot attiecības ar tiešajiem klientiem.
  • Operativitāte: Spēja patstāvīgi un laicīgi ievākt visu darbam nepieciešamo informāciju.
  • Plānošanas prasmes: Spēja efektīvi strukturēt savu un šoferu ikdienas darba grafiku.
  • Cenu noteikšana: Prasme precīzi aprēķināt un sagatavot komercpiedāvājumus klientiem.
  • Sistēmu pārzināšana: Pieredze darbā ar transporta biržu Cargo.lt, OZOLS, Transporeon.
  • Tehniskās zināšanas: Izpratne par kravas telpas aprēķiniem un prasme rēķināt LDM (lādēšanas metrus). Prasme rēķināt šoferu darba laikus.
  • Praktiskā maršrutu plānošana: Reāla pieredze kravu izvietošanā piekabēs un pastāvīga sava vai piesaistītā transporta norīkošanā (meklējam praktiķi, nevis tikai starpnieku/ekspeditoru).
  • Nozares pieredze: Vismaz 2 gadu pieredze loģistikas speciālista amatā transporta uzņēmumā. Pieredze darbā ar Skandināvijas tirgu vai saliktajām kravām (LTL) tiks uzskatīta par priekšrocību.
  • Valodu zināšanas: Izcilas latviešu un angļu valodas prasmes ikdienas saziņai ar ārvalstu klientiem, partneriem un autovadītājiem.
  • Darbs klātienē Pārdaugavā.
