  • Vadīt klientu apkalpošanas, CRM un kontaktu centra risinājumu ieviešanu, pāreju no projekta izstrādes uz stabilu ikdienas darbību, kā arī nodrošināt šo risinājumu turpmāku pārvaldību
  • Būt par Dynamics 365 un Power Platform kompetences ekspertu, konsultējot biznesa pārstāvjus par risinājumu izstrādi, procesu pilnveidošanu un platformas sniegto iespēju efektīvāku izmantošanu
  • Pārvaldīt platformas uzlabojumus, relīžu plānošanu, konfigurācijas izmaiņas, kā arī jaunu Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, mākslīgā intelekta (AI) un automatizācijas risinājumu ieviešanu
  • Koordinēt sadarbību starp ārējiem piegādātājiem, biznesa pārstāvjiem, atbalsta komandām un arhitektiem, nodrošinot veiksmīgu risinājumu ieviešanu, darbību un nepārtrauktu platformas pilnveidošanu
  • Apkopot un analizēt biznesa prasības, pārvēršot tās izmērāmos un ilgtspējīgos tehniskajos risinājumos un sabalansējot biznesa ieguvumus, tehniskās iespējas, drošību un risinājumu uzturēšanas prasības
  • Uzraudzīt pakalpojumu veiktspēju, lietošanas tendences, darbības problēmas un biznesa rezultātus, identificējot iespējas optimizācijai, automatizācijai un inovācijām
  • Piedalīties platformas darbība plāna izveidē, darbības pārvaldībā, izmaksu kontrolē, arhitektūras izvērtēšanā un turpmākās platformas paplašināšanas iniciatīvās
  • Praktisku pieredzi darbā ar Microsoft Dynamics 365 un Power Platform, vēlama pieredze ar Microsoft Copilot Studio un Azure pakalpojumiem
  • Pieredzi CRM, klientu apkalpošanas, kontaktu centra vai citu biznesa lietojumprogrammu risinājumu ieviešanā, uzturēšanā vai pārvaldībā
  • Labu izpratni par datiem un analītiku, tostarp datu integrāciju, pārskatu veidošanu un AI/ML izmantošanas iespējām; pieredze ar Microsoft Fabric un/vai Azure Databricks tiks uzskatīta par būtisku priekšrocību
  • Spēju veiksmīgi sadarboties gan ar biznesa, gan tehnoloģiju komandām un pārvērst biznesa vajadzības pārdomātos un ilgtspējīgos tehniskajos risinājumos
  • Izpratni par platformu, relīžu un lietojumprogrammu dzīves cikla (ALM) pārvaldību, kā arī ārējo piegādātāju vadību un IT pakalpojumu darbības procesiem

  • Ļoti labas angļu valodas zināšanas komunikācijai ar komandu un vadību Šveicē
