Auf diese Aufgaben kannst du dich freuen:

Als Marketing Manager verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Marke und die Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Marketingaktivitäten für den Schweizer Markt. Du verbindest strategisches Denken mit einer hohen Umsetzungsorientierung und arbeitest eng mit Sales und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen.

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie für die Schweiz
  • Planung und Steuerung von Marketingkampagnen und -aktivitäten
  • Weiterentwicklung der Marke CWS Workwear im Schweizer Markt
  • Unterstützung von Sales bei Leadgenerierung und Kundenentwicklung
  • Entwicklung von Sales- und Marketingmaterialien
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Content für digitale und analoge Kanäle
  • Verantwortung für die Schweizer Website- und Social-Media-Inhalte
  • Planung und Durchführung von Kunden- und Marketingevents
  • Koordination von Agenturen, Dienstleistern und internen Stakeholdern
  • Erstellung von Marketingbudgets und Überwachung der Kosten
  • Analyse und Reporting relevanter Marketing-KPIs
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Entwicklung von Massnahmen zur Steigerung von Markenbekanntheit und Leadgenerierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Customer Care und internationalen Marketingteams
  • Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenauftritts über alle Kanäle

Diese Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konzeptionsfähigkeiten
  • Kreativität kombiniert mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
  • Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing und Content Management
  • Gutes Verständnis für Leadgenerierung und Sales-Marketing-Zusammenarbeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen digitalen Marketing- und Office-Tools
  • Erfahrung mit CRM- und Marketing-Automation-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld
