Auf diese Aufgaben kannst du dich freuen

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung überregionaler Key Accounts sowie die Erreichung definierter Umsatz- und Wachstumsziele
  • Systematische Beobachtung des Marktumfelds, Identifikation relevanter Entscheidungsträger und Ableitung von Chancen für die Kundenentwicklung
  • Teilnahme an Branchenmessen, Kundenevents und Präsentationen zur Stärkung der Kundenbindung und zur professionellen Außendarstellung des Unternehmens
  • Proaktives Einholen und Bewerten von Markt-, Kunden- und Produktinformationen zur optimalen Steuerung des Verantwortungsbereichs
  • Konsequente Umsetzung interner Richtlinien, Prozesse und Standards zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten und transparenten Vertriebsablaufs
  • Vollständige, präzise und zeitnahe Erfassung aller Aktivitäten, Kontakte und Vorgänge im CRM-System
  • Kostenbewusstes Handeln sowie professionelle Vertretung des Unternehmens entsprechend den Leitlinien und Werten der CWS Workwear

Diese Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb insbesondere im Auf- und Ausbau von internationalen und nationalen Kundengruppen, auch mit digitalen Arbeitsmethoden
  • Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und Fokussierung auf die Erreichung der Umsatzziele
  • Fähigkeit zur Analyse des Marktes
  • Sichere Nutzung von Salesforce und sämtlicher Office-Anwendungen
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2 Level sowie Englisch auf B2 Niveau
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
