Strategic Planner / Supply Coordinator

Hoe vlot een servicedag verloopt, wordt grotendeels beslist in de planning. Jij zorgt dat die planning in al onze depots structureel klopt.

Onze service agents rijden vaste routes langs klanten, verdeeld over een cyclus van 12 weken. Jij bekijkt die routes per depot vanuit het grote geheel. Zijn er genoeg stops per route? Benutten de agents hun werktijd goed? Komen we onze afspraken met de klant na? De lat ligt op een OTIF-score (On Time In Full) van minstens 95%.

Je werkt centraal en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Head of Service. De dagelijkse planning en finetuning blijven bij de Service Managers op de locaties. Jij levert de structuur, de cijfers en de coaching waarmee zij beter plannen. Je hebt geen team onder je, dus jekrijgt dingen in beweging met goede data en sterke argumenten.

Daarnaast hou je de voorraad in de servicedepots in het oog. Dreigt een product of materiaal op te raken, dan zie jij dat op tijd en stuur je bij voor het een probleem wordt op de route.

Wat ga je doen?

· Je herziet de routeplanning per depot over de volledige 12-weken cyclus en voert elk halfjaar een herindeling van de routes door

· Je bouwt en onderhoudt een KPI-dashboard routeplanning voor alle locaties, zodat Service Managers en management op tijd kunnen bijsturen

· Je coacht (Assistant) Service Managers in hun dagelijkse planning en helpt de locaties om nieuwe klanten vlot in de planning op te nemen

· Je volgt de voorraad in de depots op: je boekt aankooporders en volgt ze op tot ontvangst, beheert transferorders en organiseert de maandelijkse voorraadtellingen

· Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe leveranciers, maakt voorraadforecasts en houdt doorlooptijden in het oog

· Je wisselt best practices uit met collega's uit andere CWS-landen

Past dit bij jou?

· Je hebt bewezen ervaring in (route)planning. Dat weegt voor ons het zwaarst.

· Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke en servicegerichte omgeving

· Je denkt op bachelorniveau, door je diploma of door je ervaring

· Je werkt vlot met Excel en Dynamics

· Je spreekt goed Nederlands, Frans en Engels, en je gaat graag regelmatig langs bij de verschillende servicelocaties

· Ervaring met routeplanningssoftware en optimalisatietechnieken
