Als Inside Sales Accountmanager bij PinDirect werk je in een snelgroeiende organisatie en speel je een belangrijke rol bij het behalen van onze doelstellingen. Je bent een daadkrachtig en proactief persoon die het verschil maakt voor de klant!

Functieomschrijving

Je komt te werken binnen het Sales team. Als Inside Sales Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de groei van ons klantenbestand. Je werkt actief mee aan het realiseren van mijlpalen en verliest de gekozen strategie niet uit het oog. Je adviseert prospects en klanten bij hun keuzes en sluit zelfstandig contracten af, met als resultaat; een grotere klanttevredenheid en het behalen van onze omzetdoelstellingen. Je hebt veelvuldig telefonisch klantcontact en verstuurt op maat gemaakte offertes. Het actief opvolgen hiervan en het vastleggen van gegevens zijn onderdeel van je dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Kortom een grote uitdaging, met veel afwisseling!

Taken

  • opvolgen binnenkomende leads;
  • voeren van advies- en verkoopgesprekken;
  • uitbrengen van offertes en afsluiten van contracten;
  • controle op volledigheid en juistheid van documenten ten behoeve van contracten;
  • focus op new business;
  • actief meedenken over nieuwe verkoopkanalen en campagnes;
  • nieuwe diensten aanbieden bij (bestaande) klanten;
  • beheren van klantrelaties.
