The posting

Als Medewerker Customer Support bij PinDirect by Cyber & Mason werk je in een team van 5 directe collega’s en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle klanten, telefonisch en per email. Naast een aantal vaste taken heb je ook veel adhoc werkzaamheden. Dat maakt jouw dag dynamisch en afwisselend. Support is de spil tussen de klanten, partners, sales en finance.

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten;
  • Installeren van pinautomaten;
  • Verhelpen van storingen;
  • Levering nieuwe pinautomaten;
  • Administratieve verwerking van nieuwe orders en contractmutaties;
  • Retouraanvragen behandelen;
  • Vragen beantwoorden rondom facturen;
  • Afhandeling van klachten.
  • Inplannen van nieuwe afleveringen bij de koeriersdienst;
  • Interne werkprocessen efficiënter maken;
  • Bestellingen plaatsen & voorraadbeheer

Waar worden wij enthousiast van?

  • Je hebt vergelijkbare werkervaring of ervaring die goed aansluit;
  • Een leuke collega;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Engels en/of Duits en/of Frans is een pré;
  • Affiniteit met betaaldienstverlening en technisch inzicht, is welkom;
  • Je bent klant- en oplossingsgericht en stelt de juiste prioriteiten;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en commercieel ingesteld;
  • Piekmomenten, lastige vragen of een ontevreden klant zijn uitdagingen, die jij met een lach aanneemt;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar voelt je snel thuis in een team
