Ben je op zoek naar een baan waarin je flexibel bent en werk je liever in het weekend of de avond dan tijdens reguliere kantooruren? Dan is deze baan perfect voor jou! Je bent stand-by voor onze klanten als zij jouw hulp nodig hebben. Ons mooie kantoor bevindt zich in Het Gymnasium midden in het groen en op steenworp afstand van het Centraal Station Amersfoort, maar werken vanuit huis is (na jouw inwerkperiode) ook mogelijk. Past dit voor jou? Dan ben jij wellicht onze nieuwe Medewerker Support.

Functieomschrijving Als Medewerker Support (weekend en avond) ben jij in het weekend en in de avond het aanspreekpunt (telefonisch) voor onze klanten en beantwoord jij binnenkomende mail. Jij bent in staat om vraagstukken snel, efficiënt, klantgericht en succesvol af te handelen. Uiteraard nadat jij volledig bent ingewerkt. De werkbelasting in de avond en weekend is laag, waardoor er tijdens jouw dienst ruimte is voor bijvoorbeeld studeren of andere werkzaamheden.

Taken

  • Beantwoorden van vraagstukken (telefoon en mail);
  • Oplossen van storingen;
  • Leveren van perfecte service buiten reguliere kantoortijden;
  • Correcte verslaglegging van gesprekken
