Die DAH Gruppe steht für nachhaltige Energiegewinnung, innovative Technologien und einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Ressourcen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort Torgelow eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit technischem Weitblick und Begeisterung für die Biogas-Branche.

  • Leitung einer Biogasanlage hinsichtlich technischer, betriebswirtschaftlicher sowie biologischer Vorgänge sowie Koordinierung der Arbeitsabläufe am Standort
  • Schnittstelle zu den Fachabteilungen in Oranienburg, um einen genehmigungs- und umweltrechtlich konformen Anlagenbetrieb zu gewährleisten – unter Beachtung von BauGB, BImSchG sowie EEG
  • Überwachung aller Prozesse, Dokumentation von Mess- und Arbeitsergebnissen
  • Verantwortung der Kosten- und Erlösplanung
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Umweltgutachten sowie Fristenkontrolle
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams und effiziente Einsatzplanung
  • Optimierung der Verfahrensabläufe – auch im Hinblick auf Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Begleitung spannender technischer Entwicklungs- und Umbauprojekte der Anlage
  • Organisation von Prüfungen und Abstimmung mit Behörden
  • Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) für Rohstofflieferanten und Gärrestabnehmer

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium der Verfahrenstechnik, des Maschinen- und Anlagenbaus oder der Umwelttechnik
  • Alternativ auch eine fundierte Techniker- oder Meisterausbildung
  • Erprobtes Fachwissen auf dem Gebiet Biogas und besonderes Fingerspitzengefühl für die komplexen und sensiblen Prozesse der Anlage
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit erster Führungspraxis
  • Kompetentes Auftreten gepaart mit kooperativem Führungsstil
  • Sichere Anwendung des MS-Office-Pakets
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
