Líder de Produção Envase

Responsabilidades:

  • Monitorar e controlar as linhas de envase, por meio de inspeções regulares para garantir a fluidez da produção e o cumprimento dos cronogramas estabelecidos;
  • Acompanhar e analisar os indicadores de segurança, qualidade, entrega, custo e moral, visando utilizar relatórios e ferramentas de monitoramento para promover melhorias contínuas e alcançar as metas estabelecidas;
  • Atuar nas funções operacionais da estrutura, visando executar atividades críticas em casos de ausência de colaboradores para manter a continuidade e a eficiência da produção;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança e Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF), com a ação de orientar a equipe e realizar inspeções para manter um ambiente de trabalho seguro e em conformidade;
  • Executar ajustes e realizar a manutenção preventiva de equipamentos, por intermédio da identificação das necessidades e solucionar problemas rapidamente para minimizar o tempo de parada e garantir a continuidade das operações;
  • Tratar questões de absenteísmo e pontualidade da equipe, com o intuito de registrar e analisar as ocorrências para manter a equipe completa e a produção dentro do cronograma;
  • Acompanhar a entrega da linha de envase, com a ação de liderar e analisar o andamento das atividades para assegurar que o plano de produção seja atendido conforme os padrões de eficiência;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, por meio de inspeção dos processos e orientação a equipe para entregar produtos que atendam às especificações estabelecidas;
  • Realizar ajustes de equipamentos, trocas de lotes de produtos e setups, com a ação de preparar a linha de produção para novos ciclos de trabalho e assegurar que as mudanças sejam feitas de forma eficiente;
  • Liderar a equipe de operadores e auxiliares de envase, visando fornecer orientações claras e comunicar informações essenciais ao supervisor para manter a operação alinhada e produtiva

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Cursando, em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Engenharias, Farmácia e área correlatas.
  • Vivência na Área Operacional Produtiva.
  • Vicência na Área de Envase será um diferencial.
  • Conhecimento de informática.
  • Boa comunicação e Gestão de Equipe.
