Dann findest du bei uns den passenden Gestaltungsspielraum: Als Social Media & Content Manager (m/w/d) entwickelst du unsere Social-Media-Kommunikation mit Fokus auf LinkedIn und YouTube weiter, steuerst die Content-Distribution und gestaltest unser Corporate-Influencing-Programm aktiv mit. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Marketingdisziplinen und unseren fachlichen Expertenteams zusammen.

Was Dich in Deiner neuen Aufgabe erwartet

  • Du entwickelst unsere Social-Media-Kommunikation auf LinkedIn und YouTube strategisch und operativ weiter.
  • Du steuerst den Redaktionsplan und entwickelst zielgruppengerechte Themen, Formate und Kampagnen.
  • Du strukturierst und pflegst vorhandene Inhalte und identifizierst Potenziale für ihre gezielte Weiterentwicklung und Wiederverwendung.
  • Du entwickelst unser Corporate-Influencing-Programm strategisch und operativ weiter, konzipierst und briefst passende Social-Media-Assets und erstellst die zugehörigen Postingtexte.
  • Du betreust unsere Community, analysierst Performance-Daten und leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
  • Du entwickelst KI-gestützte Content-Prozesse weiter und arbeitest eng mit internen Teams und Expert*innen zusammen.

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing oder Medien.
  • Du bringst mind. 3 Jahre relevante Berufs- oder Projekterfahrung im Social-Media-Management mit.
  • Du kennst LinkedIn sehr gut und steuerst Social-Media-Aktivitäten strategisch und operativ.
  • Du bereitest komplexe Inhalte verständlich auf und überzeugst mit sehr gutem Deutsch (C2) und sicherem Storytelling.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und sicher mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammen.
  • Du nutzt Microsoft 365 sowie KI-gestützte Content-Tools sicher und bist gelegentlich reisebereit.
  • Erfahrung mit LinkedIn Ads, insbesondere bei Zielgruppenauswahl, Kampagnensteuerung und Performance-Auswertung
