O que você vai fazer por aqui:

A sede Lumino Park, em Maringá, precisa de uma operação que funcione bem todos os dias. Você fará parte do time de Facilities da DB1, acompanhando de perto o funcionamento dos espaços, a qualidade dos serviços prestados pelos fornecedores e as necessidades do dia a dia.

Parte da rotina acontece nos bastidores: acompanhar serviços, preparar ambientes para reuniões, apoiar a organização do coffee e cuidar para que os espaços estejam em boas condições. Seu papel será identificar o que precisa de atenção e acompanhar cada situação até a solução, contribuindo para que a sede funcione com qualidade e fluidez.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Conhecimento básico de informática, incluindo e-mail, planilhas simples e sistemas de chamados.
  • Capacidade de identificar problemas na operação e buscar soluções sem depender de solicitações constantes.
  • Experiência em acompanhar demandas até a resolução, mesmo quando é necessário envolver outras pessoas ou áreas.
  • Capacidade de receber feedbacks e aplicar os ajustes necessários ao trabalho.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar fora do horário comercial, inclusive aos fins de semana, quando necessário.
  • Não é obrigatório ter experiência formal em Facilities. Se você tem disposição para aprender e já demonstra essas habilidades em outras experiências, queremos te conhecer.

Vai ser incrível se você souber ou tiver vontade de aprender:

  • Jardinagem, poda, paisagismo ou outras atividades similares.
  • Rotinas de Facilities ou administração de sedes e instalações.
  • Utilização de sistemas de chamados, como Freshdesk ou Zendesk.
