O que você vai fazer por aqui:

O ANYMARKET é a maior plataforma de integração com marketplaces da América Latina — e quando um novo cliente chega, é o time de Implantação que garante que essa jornada começa do jeito certo: sem dúvidas, sem erros, sem problemas. Como Analista de Implantação, você vai ser o ponto de referência do cliente nos momentos mais críticos da sua operação. Vai planejar o onboarding de ponta a ponta, entender de verdade o negócio de quem está do outro lado, antecipar riscos antes que virem problema e guiar o cliente para extrair o máximo do ANYMARKET. Vai trabalhar com grandes players do e-commerce e marketplace — empresas líderes de mercado que dependem de uma implantação bem-feita para crescer. O conhecimento técnico do sistema a gente ensina. O que a gente busca é alguém que se vira, que não trava com pedra no caminho e que trata o comprometimento como princípio, não como opção.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Quando o caminho principal fecha (contato some, cliente para de responder), esgota as alternativas sistematicamente — e-mail, ligação, outros contatos, escalada — antes de aceitar o bloqueio;
  • Quando percebe risco de atraso, busca ajuda, reorganiza prioridades e escala o tema; só renegocia prazo como último recurso, e quando faz isso, dá visibilidade proativamente;
  • Quando recebe múltiplas demandas, lê o escopo completo antes de executar — identifica dependências e riscos cruzados, e planeja considerando o todo, não só a tarefa imediata;
  • Tem experiência profissional prévia (qualquer área) — já trabalhou e sabe o que é entregar;
  • Noção básica do que é IA e abertura para usar ferramentas no dia a dia.

Vai ser incrível se você souber ou tiver vontade de aprender:

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo;
