O que você vai fazer por aqui:

No Consignet, você vai atuar no coração do produto — sendo a ponte entre o negócio e a tecnologia. Aqui, a demanda é real, o ritmo é intenso e o impacto do seu trabalho aparece diretamente na vida dos clientes que usam nossos produtos financeiros. Você vai interagir com clientes, parceiros e times internos para garantir que as soluções que entregamos resolvem problemas reais e não apenas atendem a pedidos.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Experiência sólida em levantamento, documentação e validação de requisitos;
  • Prototipação de soluções junto a times de produto e desenvolvimento;
  • Capacidade de mapear processos AS-IS e TO-BE com clareza;
  • Escrita de histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite;
  • Autonomia para contatar clientes diretamente, investigar o impacto real de uma demanda (operacional, financeiro, redução de risco) e validar o requisito antes de priorizar com o time de desenvolvimento;
  • Habilidade para negociar prioridades e ajustar backlog;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens presenciais a clientes e parceiros;
  • Ensino superior completo;

Vai ser incrível se você souber ou tiver vontade de aprender:

  • Modelagem de negócio;
  • Conhecimento do mercado financeiro, consignado, empréstimo ou cartão de crédito consignado;
  • Experiência em empresas de software de folha de pagamento ou sistemas financeiro;
