O que você vai fazer por aqui:

Você vai integrar o time que conduz o programa de OKR do Grupo DB1 e uma carteira de projetos estratégicos, com impacto direto na execução do negócio. Seu papel é conectar times multidisciplinares aos objetivos que esses projetos precisam entregar: manter a cadência, garantir visibilidade e fazer o resultado acontecer. Você vai assumir projetos que já estão em andamento e também vai abrir novas frentes.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Já conduziu projetos com times multidisciplinares, mantendo a cadência dos combinados e dando visibilidade ao andamento com relatórios de status
  • Tem vivência em análise e mapeamento de processos
  • Constrói planos de ação em que cada iniciativa está conectada ao indicador que o projeto busca mover
  • Quando alguém do time ou da liderança traz uma informação nova, conecta isso ao objetivo do projeto e age, não guarda pra depois
  • Antes de assumir que uma informação está certa só porque alguém falou, vai atrás dos dados pra confirmar
  • Quando o projeto toma um rumo difícil, assume a responsabilidade e conduz até a entrega, em vez de esperar que outra pessoa resolva
  • Reporta resultados e situações como elas realmente são, sem floreios ou suavizações, mesmo quando a notícia não é boa.

Vai ser incrível se você souber ou tiver vontade de aprender:

  • Scrum ou outros frameworks ágeis
  • Interesse em IA aplicada ao trabalho, o time usa ferramentas como essa no dia a dia
  • Formação em Engenharia de Produção ou experiência com programas de melhoria contínua (Lean, Six Sigma ou similares)
