No Anymarket, você vai construir o coração das nossas integrações, sistemas robustos, escaláveis e que atravessam times diferentes, do backend ao frontend. Sua missão começa pela imersão: entender o que existe, como funciona e por quê foi construído assim. A partir daí, você vai ganhar autonomia para evoluir essas soluções e habilitar a escala que o produto precisa para crescer.

No dia a dia, você vai trabalhar com times multidisciplinares de tecnologia, negócio e design, sempre com IA como aliada no fluxo de desenvolvimento, geração e revisão de código, análise de logs, automação de tarefas e spec-driven development fazem parte da rotina. Você vai escrever código que resiste ao tempo, do tipo que nasce forte desde o primeiro commit e continua de pé anos depois.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Experiência sólida em Java com Spring Boot e/ou Quarkus, não só domínio do framework, mas entendimento do que acontece por trás dele
  • Experiência com PostgreSQL ou banco relacional equivalente
  • Vivência com Redis ou similar para caching
  • Experiência com mensageria assíncrona: Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ ou similar
  • Conhecimento do ciclo completo de deploy: Docker, Kubernetes e CI/CD
  • Vivência real com arquitetura de microsserviços
  • Experiência com monitoramento em tempo real: Datadog, Grafana, ELK ou similar
  • IA incorporada ao fluxo de trabalho: geração e revisão de código, RAG, spec-driven development (SDD)
  • Quando trava num problema, busca ativamente a solução, questiona colegas, pesquisa, decompõe em partes menores
  • Assume responsabilidade pelos próprios erros e colabora genuinamente em equipe

Vai ser incrível se você souber ou tiver vontade de aprender:

  • MongoDB ou outro banco não-relacional
  • AWS em nível intermediário
  • Análise de performance em produção
  • Ferramentas de análise estática de código (Sonar/SAST)
