Perfil que buscamos:

  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de sistemas: APIs, integrações, boas práticas de código — linguagem não eliminatória
  • Arquitetura de microsserviços
  • Bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais
  • Cultura forte de testes unitários e de integração
  • Design Patterns, Clean Code e Git
  • Experiência em manter e evoluir sistemas legados
  • CI/CD, Linux, redes e ambientes cloud (qualquer provedor)
  • Docker, Kubernetes e scripting
  • Observabilidade, troubleshooting e gestão de incidentes
  • Quando identifica um processo ineficiente, propõe e lidera a melhoria sem esperar ser demandado
  • Quando o time converge para uma solução, questiona premissas e propõe alternativas antes de executar
  • Quando um sistema cai em produção, mantém o raciocínio estruturado e conduz o troubleshooting sob pressão
  • Atua em frentes diferentes (dev, DevOps, observabilidade) sem esperar definição rígida de papel

Vai ser incrível se você souber ou tiver vontade de aprender:

  • Java 8+, Spring e Spring Boot
  • React (Hooks, Context API, Redux) e JavaScript ES6
  • Testes no front-end com Jest e React Testing Library
  • Ecossistema: Axios, Material-UI, Yup
  • Infraestrutura como código: Terraform ou Ansible
  • Oracle e PostgreSQL: modelagem, performance, backup e recuperação
  • OCI ou outro provedor cloud com experiência prática
  • Boas práticas de segurança em aplicações e infraestrutura
  • Processos ETL/ELT e arquitetura de Data Lakes
  • Engenharia de Plataforma: pipelines padronizados, módulos reutilizáveis, IDP
  • Arquitetura de sistemas, microsserviços, governança técnica
