  • Prestar atendimento com a finalidade de atender, orientar e auxiliar os clientes dos Parceiros por meio de canais de atendimento e sistemas;
  • Esclarecer as possíveis solicitações dos clientes, tais como informações, dúvida, reclamação, elogio, contestação, suspensão ou cancelamento de contratos e de serviços, buscando sua efetiva satisfação e assegurando que as informações que vier a prestar sejam claras, objetivas e conclusivas;
  • Garantir que ao encerrar a ligação o cliente esteja satisfeito positivamente sem a necessidade
  • de transferir o atendimento a outro profissional, garantindo assim a qualidade e excelencia do atendimento prestado.

  • Acima de 18 anos;
  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Habilidade com informática básica e digitação;
  • Desejável ter atuado em operações de contact center.
