Nesta posição, você será responsável por:

• Realizar atendimento de excelência (conforme as diretrizes de atendimento);

• Confirmação e atualização de dados cadastrais;

• Prestar um atendimento ágil e acolhedor, com foco na excelência.

• Confirmação do número da Guia para liberação de exames e consultas;

• Identificar o que o Beneficiário precisa e dar todo o suporte.

• Atendimento telefonia receptivo;

• Atendimento por WhatsApp.

Para se candidatar a essa vaga, você precisa ter:

• Ensino médio completo;

• Conhecimento básico em informática;

• Experiência prévia em operações de saúde em contact center é desejável;

• Ser comunicativo e proativo.

• Habilidades em comunicação, resiliência, relacionamento interpessoal, pontualidade e frequência, agilidade e habilidade em manejar múltiplas telas e sistemas.

• Remuneração variável creditada em cartão Mastercard, de até R$ 250,00 reais caso atinja as métricas da operação;

• Vale transporte para o deslocamento residência-trabalho;

• Vale refeição/alimentação R$ R$ 13,85 /dia flexível (VA ou VR), ajustável a cada 6 meses;

• Convênio médico Grupo GNDI com cobertura para dependentes, com custo compartilhado pela empresa;

• Telessaúde com consultas mensais em várias especialidades, incluindo psicologia;

• Convênio odontológico com diversas opções de cobertura após 90 dias;

• Auxílio farmácia com cartão Senff, descontado em folha;

• Auxílio creche - valor R$364,00 para crianças até 30 meses de idade. Para colaboradores associados ao sindicato o benefício terá cobertura até 30 meses de idade com o valor de R$ 341,00. Este benefício é oferecido para Mães e Pais que possuem filhos nas idades mencionadas mediante documento comprobatório. (Valor e Período diferenciado de outras empresas do ramo);
