Estamos em busca de uma pessoa organizada, analítica e com foco em resultados para fazer parte da equipe administrativa da Dbug Telecom!

Nesta oportunidade, você atuará no apoio às rotinas administrativas e de controle, contribuindo para a organização das informações, acompanhamento de indicadores e melhoria dos processos internos.

Buscamos alguém que goste de colocar as atividades em prática, tenha atenção aos detalhes, iniciativa para resolver demandas e comprometimento com a qualidade das entregas.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar as rotinas administrativas e de controle do setor.
  • Elaborar, atualizar e acompanhar planilhas, relatórios e controles internos.
  • Organizar e analisar informações, contribuindo para o acompanhamento dos resultados.
  • Auxiliar no controle de indicadores e no cumprimento de prazos.
  • Realizar conferências de dados e documentos, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações.
  • Apoiar a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos internos.
  • Acompanhar demandas administrativas, garantindo organização e agilidade nas entregas.

O que buscamos:

Buscamos uma pessoa que tenha facilidade para trabalhar com informações, seja organizada e mantenha o foco na conclusão das atividades.

É importante ter:

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Conhecimento em Excel, incluindo fórmulas, organização e análise de planilhas.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com números, dados e controles administrativos.
  • Organização, responsabilidade e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Comunicação clara, objetiva e postura profissional.
  • Proatividade e foco em resultados.

Conhecimentos desejáveis:

  • Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas.
  • Conhecimento em elaboração de relatórios e acompanhamento de indicadores.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão e ferramentas digitais.
  • Ensino Superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas relacionadas.
