Estamos em busca de uma pessoa organizada, proativa e com facilidade para trabalhar com processos para fazer parte da equipe de Customer Success da Dbug Telecom!

Nesta oportunidade, você atuará no acompanhamento da jornada dos nossos clientes, apoiando processos de pós-venda, organização de informações e resolução de demandas, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva e de qualidade.

Buscamos alguém que tenha atenção aos detalhes, responsabilidade com prazos e facilidade para acompanhar atividades do início ao fim, garantindo que cada etapa seja realizada de forma organizada e eficiente.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Acompanhar a jornada dos clientes, desde a contratação até o pós-venda.
  • Apoiar os processos de integração e acompanhamento de novos clientes.
  • Organizar e atualizar informações, cadastros e documentos nos sistemas internos.
  • Acompanhar solicitações, chamados e demandas, garantindo o cumprimento dos processos e prazos.
  • Realizar contatos com clientes para acompanhamento de serviços e resolução de pendências.
  • Apoiar ações de retenção, satisfação e fidelização de clientes.
  • Acompanhar feedbacks e indicadores de satisfação, contribuindo para melhorias nos processos.
  • Prestar suporte às rotinas administrativas e operacionais da área de Customer Success.

O que buscamos:

Buscamos uma pessoa que tenha facilidade para lidar com processos, organizar informações e acompanhar diferentes demandas com responsabilidade.

É importante ter:

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Facilidade para utilizar sistemas e ferramentas digitais.
  • Responsabilidade com prazos e acompanhamento de atividades.
  • Proatividade e capacidade de resolução de problemas.

Conhecimentos desejáveis

  • Experiência anterior com atendimento ao cliente, pós-venda ou rotinas administrativas.
  • Conhecimento em processos de Customer Success e relacionamento com clientes.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de atendimento e gestão de informações.
  • Noções de acompanhamento de indicadores e satisfação do cliente.
