A Dbug Telecom está em busca de uma pessoa organizada, analítica e atenta aos detalhes para fazer parte da nossa equipe de Backoffice Comercial (BKO)!

Nesta oportunidade, você atuará no acompanhamento de indicadores, organização de informações e apoio aos processos comerciais, contribuindo para que a equipe tenha dados confiáveis e maior eficiência em suas atividades.

Buscamos alguém que tenha facilidade com números, goste de investigar informações e consiga transformar dados em análises que apoiem as decisões do dia a dia.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar o levantamento, acompanhamento e atualização de indicadores comerciais.
  • Organizar e analisar dados relacionados aos resultados e processos da área.
  • Elaborar e atualizar planilhas, relatórios e controles internos.
  • Identificar inconsistências nas informações e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Acompanhar resultados, metas e desempenho das atividades comerciais.
  • Apoiar a organização e a padronização dos processos administrativos e comerciais.
  • Manter informações e registros atualizados nos sistemas internos.
  • Fornecer informações e análises que auxiliem a equipe e a gestão na tomada de decisões.

O que buscamos:

Buscamos uma pessoa com raciocínio analítico, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para lidar com informações, controles e indicadores.

É importante ter:

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas do Pacote Office.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com números, planilhas e análise de informações.
  • Boa organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Capacidade de interpretar dados e identificar inconsistências.
  • Comunicação clara e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Conhecimentos desejáveis:

  • Experiência em rotinas administrativas, comerciais ou de Backoffice.
  • Conhecimento em elaboração de relatórios e acompanhamento de indicadores.
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão e ferramentas de análise de dados.
  • Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de visualização de indicadores.
  • Ensino Superior em andamento nas áreas de Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas relacionadas.
