Estamos em busca de uma pessoa organizada, proativa e com facilidade para negociar e acompanhar processos para fazer parte da equipe de Compras da Dbug Telecom!

Nesta oportunidade, você atuará nas atividades de aquisição de produtos e serviços, mantendo contato com fornecedores, acompanhando pedidos e contribuindo para a organização e eficiência dos processos internos.

Buscamos alguém que tenha iniciativa, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento do setor.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar pesquisas de fornecedores e cotações de produtos e serviços.
  • Apoiar negociações de preços, prazos e condições de compra.
  • Realizar e acompanhar pedidos de compra e entregas.
  • Manter contato com fornecedores e acompanhar solicitações.
  • Apoiar o controle e a organização de materiais e equipamentos.
  • Organizar documentos, planilhas e informações do setor.
  • Acompanhar demandas internas e contribuir para a melhoria dos processos de compras.

O que buscamos:

Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, comunicativa e que tenha facilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas, mantendo o foco na qualidade e no cumprimento dos prazos.

É importante ter:

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Experiência anterior com rotinas de compras.
  • Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas digitais.
  • Boa comunicação e organização.
  • Responsabilidade e proatividade.

Conhecimentos desejáveis:

  • Ensino Superior em andamento ou completo em Administração, Logística ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão e controles administrativos.
  • Conhecimento em negociação e relacionamento com fornecedores.
  • CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para eventuais deslocamentos.
