Nesta oportunidade, você será responsável por prestar suporte aos clientes que possuem pendências ou dificuldades financeiras, atuando no atendimento de protocolos, esclarecimento de dúvidas, negociações e encaminhamento de solicitações relacionadas à sua jornada financeira.

Buscamos alguém que tenha facilidade em lidar com pessoas, saiba conduzir conversas com empatia e tenha foco na resolução de problemas, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva e para a satisfação dos nossos clientes.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar atendimento e tratativas de protocolos relacionados a demandas financeiras dos clientes;
  • Prestar suporte em situações de pendências financeiras, dúvidas e solicitações;
  • Realizar negociações e orientações sobre débitos e condições de regularização;
  • Apoiar processos de reativação de serviços;
  • Realizar tratativas de contratos e solicitações em alinhamento com o setor responsável;
  • Acompanhar as demandas até sua resolução, garantindo organização e qualidade no atendimento;
  • Registrar informações e manter os sistemas atualizados.

O que buscamos?

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade;
  • Facilidade para lidar com clientes e situações delicadas;
  • Perfil negociador, proativo e com foco na solução de problemas;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática.

Será um diferencial: experiência com atendimento ao cliente, rotinas financeiras, negociação ou cobrança.

Jornada de trabalho

  • Segunda a quinta-feira: das 10h às 20h;
  • Sexta-feira: das 10h às 19h.
