1. 负责内容创作工具与生产流程的产品策略运营，深入创作者、内部制作团队及合作机构的工作场景，识别共性需求，规划创作提效的产品能力和迭代方向。 2. 拆解选题、脚本、素材、制作、审核、发布及反馈等生产环节，设计各环节的操作流程、输入输出和协作机制，明确适合标准化、工具辅助及 AI 处理的任务。 3. 协同内容策略团队，将优质内容的选题、创意、叙事及卖点表达沉淀为创作模板，设计模板调用、参数配置、编辑修改和效果反馈机制，降低创作门槛。 4. 负责提效需求的方案设计、原型讨论、需求说明及业务验收，协同产品、算法和研发完成上线，并通过试点、用户反馈和使用数据持续优化。

1. 具备内容产品、创作者工具、策略运营或流程优化经验，有推动产品或流程改造并取得实际提效结果的项目经历。 2. 具备较强的产品抽象能力，能够将一线操作问题转化为通用功能，设计清晰的工作流程，并平衡使用体验、内容质量和实现成本。 3. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够建立效率、质量与成本指标，量化产品收益；熟练使用 SQL 及常用分析工具。 4. 具备内容理解和结构化能力，熟悉图文或视频生产流程，能够深入一线推进产品落地；有 AIGC 创作工具实践者优先。
