1. 负责内容与达人业务的增长产品策略，围绕评论转化、素材获取、线索增长等场景，识别增长机会，规划产品能力与迭代优先级，对用户增长、有效线索及获客效率负责。 2. 牵头增长场景的工具产品需求定义与方案设计，将业务假设转化为可验证的最小可行方案，协同产品、设计和研发完成开发、验收与上线，推动验证有效的能力持续迭代。 3. 设计增长链路的埋点、指标口径与归因方案，通过漏斗分析和 A/B 实验定位问题，持续优化转化流程、产品体验与投入产出。 4. 将有效增长方案沉淀为可配置的产品功能和运营规则，支持不同平台、达人及业务场景复用，推动增长从单次项目向持续经营转变。

1. 具备用户增长、增长产品或策略运营经验，有独立完成需求分析、方案设计、上线验证及效果迭代的项目经历。 2. 具备较强的产品判断力，能够识别真实需求、设计用户路径、判断需求优先级，并清晰表达产品方案。 3. 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用 SQL 及常用分析工具，能够独立完成漏斗分析、实验设计和效果评估。 4. 理解内容平台、达人生态和用户转化机制，具备跨团队推进能力与结果意识；有内容获客、线索增长或汽车行业经验者优先。
