1、负责懂车帝海外App产品的内容生态，制定内容运营的整体规划、目标和策略，对内容生态的供给、分发、消费整体负责； 2、挖掘拓展海外优质汽车创作者并进行长期维系，通过合作和激励机制牵引创作者入驻、发文活跃以及优质内容共创，提升海外App产品的优质汽车内容供给； 3、基于对汽车行业内容的理解与洞察，进行内容质量和分类的定义，搭建有效的内容识别和治理体系与审核链路； 4、协同推荐算法/产品等团队，通过流量调节、产品功能、运营牵引等手段提升内容分发效率与生态画风，提升用户阅读深度与留存； 5、策划基于新车、行业事件等热点运营方案，通过组织内容和产品形成专题报道扩大端内消费规模，向外传播打造DCar媒体影响力及带来用户增长。

1、本科以上学历，5年以上内容生态运营经验，有海外经验优先； 2、汽车重度爱好者，对行业事件和汽车内容具备高敏感度与判断力，熟悉内容趋势、圈层文化、行业动态； 3、结果导向，逻辑清晰，具备扎实的数据分析能力，能够通过数据验证活动成效并持续优化； 4、具备良好的项目管理与跨团队协作能力，沟通高效，能在复杂环境中推动目标达成。
