Description du poste

Vente de marchandise auprès des consommateurs , telles que des meubles, des véhicules à moteur, des appareils électroménagers ou des vêtements.

  • Accueil les clients et prise en charge des besoins de chaque client veut ou a besoin.
  • Recommandez, sélectionnez et aidez à trouver ou à commander les articles en fonction des besoins et des désirs des clients.
  • Calculer les prix de vente, le total des achats et recevez et traiter les paiements en espèces ou à crédit en caisse.
  • Préparation des commandes pour l'achat ou la location.
  • Répondre aux questions concernant le magasin et les articles disponibles.

Qualifications

  • Ventes et marketing - Connaissance des principes et méthodes de présentation, de promotion et de vente de produits ou de services. Cela comprend la stratégie et les techniques marketing, la démonstration de produits, les techniques de vente et les systèmes de contrôle des ventes.
  • Service client - Connaissance des principes et des usages du service aux clients. Cela comprend l'évaluation des besoins des clients, le respect des normes de qualité de services et l'évaluation de la satisfaction des clients.
