Description du poste

Évaluer les problèmes de santé et les besoins des patients, élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de soins infirmiers et tenir des dossiers médicaux. Administrer les soins infirmiers aux patients malades, blessés, convalescents ou handicapés. Peut avoir à conseiller les patients sur les actions d’amélioration de la santé et la prévention des maladies ou assurer la prise en charge des cas. Diplôme d’état requis

  • Tenir à jour des rapports et des dossiers précis et détaillés.
  • Administrer des médicaments aux patients et surveiller les patients pour détecter des réactions ou des effets secondaires.
  • Enregistrez les informations médicales et les signes vitaux des patients.
  • Surveiller, enregistrer et signaler les symptômes ou les changements dans l'état des patients.
  • Consulter et coordonner avec les membres de l'équipe de soins pour évaluer, planifier, mettre en œuvre ou évaluer les plans de soins des patients.

Qualifications

  • Médecine et dentisterie - Connaissance des informations et des techniques nécessaires pour diagnostiquer et traiter les blessures, les maladies et les malformations humaines. Cela comprend les symptômes, les alternatives de traitement, les propriétés et les interactions des médicaments, ainsi que les mesures de soins de santé préventifs.

  • Langue française - Connaissance et compréhension de la langue française afin d’offrir aux patients, un service de qualité et une écoute attentive
